We believe in doing one thing, and doing it really well. As a result, we have focused our collection solely on wedding accessories in order to offer you a unique and easy wedding shopping experience. Find our latest products and collections here!

I have a wedding to pay for! How much does shipping cost? 

Standard shipping to the US is free for all Dusty Rose orders $25 and up! Woo hoo! For orders under $25, Standard US Shipping is $4.95. Express Shipments add $15, and Overnight Shipments add $25.

EXPEDITED ORDERS:

For Orders placed by 1 p.m. ET:

Express Shipments - Add $15 (arrives within 2 - 3 business days)
Overnight Shipments - Add $25 (arrives within 1 - 2 business days)

Please note that shipping times are estimated for and apply only to deliveries made within the contiguous U.S. Transit time may vary for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all other destinations outside of the contiguous U.S.

I'm more of a instant gratification kind of person. How long do orders take to arrive?

Orders take approximately 5-7 business days to arrive. For last-minute shoppers or elopers, we also offer expedited shipping.

Expedited Orders:

For Orders placed by 1 p.m. ET:

Express Shipments - Arrives within 2 - 3 business days
Overnight Shipments - Arrives within 1 - 2 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimated for and apply only to deliveries made within the contiguous U.S. Transit time may vary for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all other destinations outside of the contiguous U.S.

For orders placed by 1 p.m. ET, most in-stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Expedited orders cannot be delivered on weekends or holidays.

Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day. Occasionally, items may be out-of-stock or backordered. You will be alerted in both instances. In the event of a backorder, you will be provided an approximate shipment date, and your entire order will be shipped once all items are in stock.

How are orders shipped? Is there a signature required upon receipt? I actually have a life and may not be home.

Orders are shipped via standard USPS shipping, and no signature is required upon delivery. 

What is your return policy? I love my accessories, but they may not go...

  • Returns are FREE, with the exception of express or overnight shipping fees.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the original date of purchase.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed, and must be free of stains, pet hair, floor debris, and pin marks.
  • Merchandise must be in its original packaging.
  • Final sale items may not be returned. 
  • All shipping charges are not eligible for a refund

How do I make a return or exchange (in the unfortunate event I need to)? 

  • To return or exchange an item, please email your order number, the item name, reason for return and your name, mailing address and email address to support@dustyrosecollection.com and we will email you a pre-paid return shipping label and instructions. You can find your order information by logging into your account here.
  • Most returns and exchanges will be processed in approximately 2-3 weeks, depending on your method of return. Please note additional processing delays may occur in some instances.

Do you allow price adjustments? (See above where it says I'm paying for a wedding).

If you have purchased items that are now on sale, we will gladly offer you a one-time price adjustment if you contact us within 14 days of the original date of purchase. 

Please note we do not offer price adjustments on shipping charges.

We work with many artisans worldwide that may have something similar available we don’t know about! As part of our concierge service, we'd be happy to source the item and carry it in our store for you!

Do you sell clip-on earrings?

Most of our earrings are available as a clip-on, as well! Please email us at support@dustyrosecollection.com to double check that the style you're interested in is available as a clip-on.
